We accept credit/debit cards and other secure online payment options available on our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Is hotel pick-up and drop-off included?
Yes, most of our tours include complimentary pick-up and drop-off from your hotel or a nearby location within Dubai. Please check the specific tour details for pick-up availability in your area.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 12–24 hours before departure receive a 50% refund, and cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure are non-refundable. A 5% bank processing fee applies to all refunds.
Are your tours safe for children and elderly guests?
